Actually, this needs to be fixed together with #73 in order to fulfill the goal of simplifying the code on the fronted. |

Discussed with @szymonlesisz. Trezor.js now does not send GetPublicKey with
script_typefield, which obviously rules out script type validation (trezor/trezor-core#345).Consider doing with #73.
