new() doesn't work on artifact #30

In Truffle, I can create new contract instance by calling new() function on artifacts, but it seems not working with Tronbox. See my repo

You are right. TronBox does not support new in tests.
We could add it in the future. Let's keep this issue open to remind the team about that.
