NAS-132785 / 25.10 / Use cdkDragList for dashboard widgets

Changes:

• Fixes dashboard drag and drop. Requires Angular 19.
• Use cdkDragList and cdkDropListOrientation="mixed"
• Remove ixDragList module

Testing:

• Try to drag and drop widgets on main dashboard.
