Add more example and update docs

Hi Team and all Drizzle Vue devs,
Can you create more example or add more entry/example to the official docs ? I would like to perform the following operation :

• Being able to query a smartcontract using this.contractData method
• Register a method correctly
• Use the store in order to manage store correctly

👉 Maybe creating a repo containing multiple demo projects that uses most of the feature of drizzle-vue-plugin and/or updating the doc with extensive demo and uses cases of methods.

I really enjoy Vue.js and Truffle Suite tools bue I am struggling with this plugin in particular, and can't find resources that explain well enough to let me work autonomously.
