with basic info, and badges for Travis CI and latest PyPI version.
Let's use reStructuredText so it works on both Github and PyPI.

I'll do that. Btw, if you have some readthedocs knowledge and wanna take a stab at #6... ;) I had some issues around PyQt when I tried because I wanted to build the package docs without installing PyQt and the MockModule stuff did work for me locally but it needed some extra stuff to work on readthedocs.

But now that PyQt is on Pypi maybe it can be fetched?

I guess you can install pyqt5 now instead of mocking it, as that's cheap with precompiled wheels.
