Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to have an option where I can cache the graphviz package, so I don't have to install it on every build.

Describe the solution you'd like
The easiest approach for users would be some action input, which would take of it, but I think even a small section, explaining on how to go about it, would suffice.
