We should create a sygnet.github.io page that hosts the documentation for SyGNet and which we can link to.

Basic tutorial is here: https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/tutorial/

@antndlcrx to retry webhook creation, but we can keep this on backburner while we work on #12 in more detail
