Support for BCJ2.

(I hope this is the correct package. I am not really familiar with Java yet)

Sorry for the very delayed reply.

This isn't planned for now. I understand it could be useful in Apache Commons Compress to handle .7z files.

I'll leave this issue open for now as a reminder but I won't do anything about this any time soon (and possibly never, I'm not making any promises).
