Page for webapp account holders to view stickers.

Acceptance Criteria

Page should include a feature to redeem stickers by secret code.
Code should be case-sensitive
The feature should consist of a generic text input box and a "Redeem" button.
The page should include a view of all the stickers, with acquired ones coloured in and non-acquired greyed out.
Hovering over a sticker brings up a description (title, description, how to get the sticker)
