Feature request: Possibility for yafti to have multiple config files?

Hey!
The idea is to add support for multiple config files
So that developers could create more config files for the users, that are based on the user's enviroment or the user could choose which one to use!
Like as an example if someone uses e.g. kde (if the image has more than one DE's installed) and the other user on the system uses e.g. sway they would not have the same yafti configurations!

@jh-devv I was thinking about a OS level maintainer config and a user maintained config for overrides in user space ~ thoughts?
