When using i3 as window manager in place of marco the menu is displayed on the full width of the screen:
It would be nice if it can display normally (as per default menu):
Or brisk menu:
i3 has for_window rules to deal with this kind of situations, but when I tried:
for_window [class="(?i)mate-menu.py"] floating enable
it did not work.
