Remove empty columns

Remove empty columns. Empty can mean actually blank or only whitespace characters. What we've seen so far is cells with one space. Already remove empty rows.

Any further cleanup, like expanding abbreviations or changing from all caps, is too likely to introduce error and too time consuming and will not be done.
