After the metadata is read, verify the expected columns are present, the data in each column is the expected type (will help identify rows which parsed incorrectly), how much of the metadata can be matched to letters, and how much of each column is blank (to determine quality of metadata).

This will be used both to check for errors in a new donation, when we might be able to get a corrected export, and to verify the accuracy of the data when processing.
