[Feature request] Resizable Download Window, smaller window or more adapted to screen resolution

Hi, I've encountered a weird behavior with UGet on my Arch Linux PC.
The download window is really large compared to the width of my screen, especially the panel on the left. And it's not resizable, which I find weird because it shows the handles to resize the window when hovering the side of the windows with the cursor.

Same issue on Arch Linux (KDE) user here, the main UI window almost covered the whole screen, but it is resizable in my case.

Add a "Remember window size" function in settings would be nice.

Same issue here with Linux Mint 22. "Remember window size" function is a must.
