- get actionValues required to satisfy linter - get actions can't be removed (build fails) - default value for setActionValues not allowed.
- correct issue with redundant getter and remove - ensure get/set actions match
- update element-resize-detector
- flatpickr to latest
- update moment-timezone to latest
- render returns a null (lex.js), don't assign to variable - new version of preact has different portal implementation (preact/compat)

Goal: update the various dependencies and modernize code as required.
Note: updating the preact (8.x -> 10.x) libraries has been separated into it's own branch.
