Bookmarks sub-folder overlap, and auto "close"

My bookmarks is about 28 [MB], and it is near impossible to see where the sub-folder starts/ends on Linux! The same for the light theme (See attached image). I am on an xfce, Manjaro Linux.

Also, when you navigate to a bookmark in some folder, then after moving or editing a bookmark causes the opened bookmark folder to closes "unlike Firefox". Does anyone know a fix around this?
Example: If I move, or rename the folder "ADD", the menu closes right after doing that, unlike in Firefox.
