Google Analytics module needs to be removed

The project pages on drupal.org say that the Tag module will be the one supported going forward. Right now in our project with both installed, the GA one disables itself.

We need to migrate people's settings from GA to Tag. Probably will involve finding all the sites with GA set via drush and copy and pasting it over.
