https://sgi-irix.s3.amazonaws.com/sgug/sgug-rse-selfhoster-0.0.7beta.tar.gz seems to be deleted from the AWS instance :(

Looks like someone whacked the S3 bucket.

Meanwhile, you can fetch it from here: https://github.com/sgidevnet/sgug-rse/releases/tag/v0.0.7beta
