When the followNotesEnabled feature flag is true, the Team Status section in the Grant Details view does not display.

Implementation notes

• This UI change should only take effect when the followNotesEnabled feature flag is enabled (evaluates to true)

Note as a follow-up from #3406 this issue should also ensure that when the feature flag is on, that the Share feature shows below the Activity feature
