Comprehensive HR review

It would be helpful to be able to holistically review a candidate's multiple SME evaluations at the same time, after the final outcome has been determined, rather than individually approving each SME's review at the time they come in. Would improve the ability to evaluate consistency and validity of reasoning as well as minimize duplicative candidate file research.

Ideally this would take the shape of larger "Applicant Cards" that have all reviews for that applicant on different sub cards.

Anytime any of these are invalid or need hr validation, the entire applicant card should be moved together.

i.e. if any single evaluation is in need of a review, then all evaluations with that candidate (valid or invalid) should move together.
