Ongoing workstream consultation with OHE@CDC team, helping them to mobilize resources to meet their workstream goals

Acceptance Criteria

• OHE@CDC accrues the resources they need to deliver on their Structural Drivers of Equity workstream
• OHE@CDC successfully executes key deliverables for S.D.E. workstream

Tasks

Beforehand

• Understand OHE@CDC's workstream goals
• Confirm lack of needed resources

During

• Identify supplementary resources OHE@CDC needs for S.D.E. workstream
• Identify people who can fill those roles by allocating (partial) time to OHE@CDC
• Reach consensus on scope of work per OHE@CDC and newly identified team helpers
• Ensure scope of work is delivered on by newly identified team helpers

After

• Record lessons learned, tools used, value added, and ways of working during sprint

Sam Powers has jumped on to help! Persuaded Sam and OHE to agree on a 4-8 week scope of work, and Sam is off to the races !

Week of 1/15: Sam Powers presented preliminary work to OHE, putting data science rigor behind structural drivers work, and OHE was thrilled! Sam to send over final artifacts and OHE to make some tweaks and check in with Sam et al for review in a few weeks, will close out ticket then but this can go into "hibernation" for now while OHE does work on their end.
