[Vercel] Deployments appear to have ceased

Describe the bug here

Vercel deployments appear to have ceased, and any new changes are not being written to the website.

Steps to reproduce

Step 1: Check either Production or Preview environments
Step 2: Notice they had their last deployments 2 weeks ago
Step 3: Go back to main branch or the pulls page and notice that the last push/PR was hours ago

Expected result

Deployments are active and changes are being written to the website.

Additional info

The last commit on main was a rebase with the SHA of ec8e502
The last deployment for Production was a merge commit with the SHA of 9b055a8

The last commit that should've triggered a Preview deployment was on i18n-crowdin-translations with the commit SHA of b57e72d
