Teaming and tooling survey: design questions

After having a Web Components research kickoff meeting and identifying a list of WC research questions, we decided that some questions should be answered by surveying USWDS users. We want to get a better sense of where other agency teams are coming from when it comes to team size, resources, and tech stacks they use. This will help inform our Web Component efforts.

Started a draft of possible survey questions.

The survey was shared at the engineering working session and devs and feds are looking at it and providing feedback. After incorporating their feedback, the next step is to have Content Strategy review it.

I've worked with the team and the survey draft has gone through multiple reviews (CS, devs, and Feds). I worked with Dan and Anne yesterday on final edits and it is ready to be built - next step is creating the survey in Touchpoints.
