I believe what I'm looking at is a bug but I cannot reproduce it anymore.
Kinda makes me annoying when checking for the last time before opening an issue...
...and it happens no more.

Reproducible: here's the problem - it used to be for 6 times in a row, and no more.
So, I couldn't grab WinDbg or get error logs.
Steps:

(The last error message, which I took a snapshot of just in case I cannot reproduce it anymore, reads as below(might be not exactly identical; translated from my system default language.)

Now, I just can't replicate it. One thing I noticed was that once an entry was used for the test, in most cases that entry did not cause any crashes anymore.
Could be this be an initialization issue? Anyways, if anyone else could reproduce the crash above, please share your findings.
