BUG: Chrome With New Profile Window Doesn't Open

When using Windows 10 view and selecting to open a new profile window in Chrome, it gives you the option of the profile, but never opens the actual new Chrome window. Selecting the standard NEW WINDOW option works fine, because it opens a new window in the profile you're using. If you're not using multiple profiles in Chrome the GOOGLE CHROME option does not appear when right clicking on Chrome in the taskbar (IMAGE3.jpg) instead, only the NEW WINDOW appears. See IMAGE1.JPG. If you are in-fact using profiles, then clicking on GOOGLE CHROME should open up the PROFILE SELECTION as seen in IMAGE2.JPG. Thanks so much. Great fix to a very annoying problem.
