Widgets flashing and glitching when opened

When I open widgets by using Win + W (Because I'm using the Windows 10 taskbar on the left side of my screen), anytime I move my mouse around or scroll up and down the widgets page the background constantly flashes and I don't know how to fix this, I'm on the latest update of ExplorerPatcher so I don't know what the issue is, I'll attach a gif showing my issue below.
