Even though this release mentions fixing the Win+X menu, it actually breaks it for older versions of Windows 11 21H2 22000.739.

The reason I have not updated Windows 11 is because KB5014668 broke the ability to customise the Win+X menu. Any customisations performed by WinXEditor no longer work: when this update is installed, the default items are shown. It would be nice if ExplorerPatcher can provide a way to customise the Win+X menu. It makes a huge difference on productivity.

I'll test my new code with twinui.pcshell.dll of your ancient Windows build and let you know. Hopefully I can fix this so that you can keep using that specific Windows build.
