I am running macOS Sonoma and have installed a Broadcom BCM94360CS2. To get it running, I used the root patches provided by OCLP. Everything is working great.
However, when the Laptop goes to sleep, I am experiencing very high power usage (about 5% per hour). I can feel the Broadcom card staying warm even after sleeping for hours, so I'm guessing that it is not properly going to sleep and this is the reason for the high power usage.
I am using the "SSDT-ARPT" ACPI patch to disable the card during sleep, but this does not seem to work properly.
How would I go about troubleshooting, why the card does not sleep?

I have the same card as you but I cannot even install Sonoma. I'm trying to do a direct upgrade from Ventura but the system just reboots after I select "macos installer" from the opencore boot picker screen. How on earth did you manage to install Sonoma on your T480? It seems like my system is rejecting it for some reason. I have SecureBootModel disabled in BIOS and Config.plist and that didn't change anything even after resetting NVRAM multiple times.
