Can't connect to iPhone hotspot when bluetooth is turned on #142

in wifi I see my iPhone in the personal hotspots, and I try to connect but it always says "Failed to enable Personal Hotspot on iPhone. But on my iPhone hotspot is enabled and working. All this only happens when bluetooth is turned on, when is turned off I connect easily
