White border displayed on the buttons if close the pop-up window by press "ESC" button on the keyboard

1. Open the "Main" page
2. Click on the "Get in touch" button
3. Press "ESC" button by the keyboard

Expected result: no white border on the button
Actual result: white border on the button displayed

Main page > Priorities section
The transition from the web version to the mobile should happen a little earlier(the same time with all page on 1024px)

1. Open the "Home" page
2. Scroll to the "Priorites" section
3. Change the size of the window

Expected result: all elements are transformed to the mobile version at the one moment
Actual result: some elements are transforming early, some later

Main Page(all site)
On devices with a small screen - the site looks untidy. It would be nice to adapt the entire site to devices like Ipad etc.

1. Open the web on the iPad mini etc.

Expected result: the application displayed clearly

I would propose changing the display for the scrollbar, right-left(need to discuss). For now - it's not comfortable to use on the PC.
