Adds Pretium to the Dapp List.

Your Dapp:

connects to Valora via WalletConnect V2;
must be mobile-first or mobile responsive;
is in one of the existing categories; and
includes a link to user documentation.

While there is no connect wallet option, this appears to be a custodial service with which users transfer their funds to interact.
