Most database management systems have support for importing CSV files. For instance, see SqlTool for importing CSV files into HSQLDB tables. Therefore, we no longer need the program edu.illinois.codingspectator.csvtosql to import CSV files into database tables. So, I suggest to remove the edu.illinois.codingspectator.csvtosql plug-in from the repository.
