If a previously uploaded file is manually deleted from the watched directory (but keeping the corresponding .svn folder) and then CodingSpectator starts a new upload, the file will get restored to its latest uploaded state.

@Wanderer777: Does the SVN command line client exhibit the same behavior? That is, if one deletes a file from a working copy but not its .svn folder, will the file get restored as a result of a commit?
