When running shell/indexer.php --reindexall, VF_Configurable not found #71

Fatal error: Interface 'VF_Configurable' not found in /home/wwwusers/xxxxx/www/.modman/vfmagento/app/code/local/Elite/Vaf/Model/Catalog/Category.php on line 27

this is due to the include path for the observer not being called in the shell script.
