Upgrade the Mollie client to v4 to support the latest features & make sure the newly deprecated payment methods aren't shown anymore.

I wanted to include this in another Mollie fix, but I am running into issues related to the Mollie Node client. We will stay on Mollie V3 until this is resolved: mollie/mollie-api-node#391
