"Use custom application name" setting not functional

Following directions in #14 - The EB settings are properly queried and set based on the custom application name. When deploying, the plugin is still trying to create a new app using the project name instead of the custom name supplied.

Are there any other steps to take, other than listed in #14 to get this working?
