Latest versions of JACK don't work with JamTrip. It doesn't have the same binary paths and is missing jack_disconnect.exe. OSX incompatibility with the latest jack is known, but with windows it may be possible to support them eventually.

For now grab this version:
https://github.com/jackaudio/jackaudio.github.com/releases/download/1.9.11/Jack_v1.9.11_64_setup.exe
