About 50% of the .crm files I try to open result in endless "Loading Media, Please Stand By..." alerts that never go away AND stay on top of all other apps. It's unclear to me why certain .crm files do this and others don't - if I try to load a folder of .crm files from a single shoot, everything with the same settings, some of them open and others don't. They all open fine in all other software (resolve, premiere, canon cinema raw light, etc).
I'm on an M1 Max Macbook Pro running Mac OS 13.5.2
Doesn't matter if footage is on internal/external drive, etc.
.crm files are from Canon R5 firmware 1.9
I'm happy to share links to offending files if that is helpful.
