Current line highlighting is overridden by Breakpoint line highlighting #440

This means it's hard to see what line you're stopped on if there's another breakpoint line nearby.

I think the old behaviour was that the current line highlighting was more important than the breakpoint; this was clearer.

(I'm using it with neovim 4.3 if that's relevant)
