change highlight color

hey really great dark theme to go with adwaita. i've been searching for a long time for something i like and this is the one.

can i ask what would be the best way to change the highlight color in thunar? I want it a slightly darker blue. I think i could just change the hex color code in the gtk.css file.

any hints? thanks
