MATE desktop enviroment (1.28) compatibility issue / installation problem

It seems this theme pack alone with the Qogir Icon theme pack don't install correctly on MATE DE 1.28.
I tried to download both pack from mate look website and install via load the theme archive, as well as tried to clone the repo here and install both pack via instllation script, the result is the same.

As you can see after the installaion, there's no theme cover available. Also if I select the Qogir dark theme, it will say no icon theme is available (while actually the icon files are exists on disk for Qogir dark).

Thanks for the quick update, the recent change has solved the issue it says no icon theme for Qogir dark.
However the installed theme still has no cover presented.
Also when clicking any of the theme, it seems no window decoration or mouse cursor been applied. The window decoration still using the previously selected theme. Does Qogir include the window decoration?
Or maybe MATE de is a bit old, would need to make a different branch of theme to fit for it ?
