Encrypted Backups

Hello, I have been using this app now since a while and really like it although i would wish for the Sleep.cvs backups to be encrypted as i think sleep data is pretty sensitive and shouldnt be stored totally unencrypted in plaintext.

Would it be a possibility to perform a kind of backup like Aegis does as an example?

I would really need that feature if possible, thank you.

I think encrypting by default is a bit of an overkill, but if somebody sends a PR, I would not be against optional encryption. Are you interested in contributing this yourself? Thanks.

Sadly im unable to code myself but if someone would be able to do it it would be really nice, thank you nonetheless still!
