`public/conferences`: conference URL sometimes uses media.ccc.de domain #748

For some time (10 minutes?) the https://api.media.ccc.de/public/conferences API endpoint returned https://media.ccc.de/ conference URLs - see the screenshots.

Shouldn't they always return api.media.ccc.de URLs?
