This simulation currently is all top-down, showing what the final tally of votes looks like. But it doesn't do a great job conveying what participation looks like from just a single voter's perspective.

One solution is to let the viewer click a voter to bring up controls to change the voter's delegation & choose a vote from a dropdown.

This could also help with #6 and #4.
