Remember script changes when updating table

Sometimes users update the table script, usually for changing options like ROM name, but also for setting the DMD rotation or controller.

When updating a table, these changes are lost, since the new table overwrites the script. The idea would be to to diff the user's changes and apply them to the updated version.
