I am interested to design BG that have a meaningful interaction with the playfield actions. I have made a few BG to use the usual outputs as triggers for animated lighting on the BG but I have found these are complex, sometimes unreliable and sometimes limited in their suitability because sometimes the same lamp or solenoid is triggered by another action. Recently, I start to read the operating manual of some tables to better understand the outputs and I discover that the switches are also providing many useful and more precise signals that could be utilized to reliably trigger animated lighting.

In this moment B2S designer takes signals from GI, Solenoids and Lamps. I propose that signals from switches should also be included.
