overview of past incidents

I would be nice to have a separate page with an overview of past incidents, rather than only showing current incidents.

If people come back from vacation and notice that all there jobs crashed for example, it would be useful to be able to point them to a page that explains what was going on, even days or weeks after the incident has been resolved.
