Production version is running in dev mode

As of April 2018, the production deployment at https://vuejs-tips.github.io/cheatsheet/ seems to be running in development mode.
On load, the app prints this banner to the browser console:

You are running Vue in development mode.
Make sure to turn on production mode when deploying for production.

This seems to be happening across all browsers.

Is this intentional?
