The example for SPARQL-based Targets contains an ill-formed prefix declaration with an IRI sh:namespace.
According to namespace-datatype in 5.2.1, "The values of sh:namespace are literals of datatype xsd:anyURI."

Thanks for pointing this out. This would be fixed with a future revision of this document, but I think the published version cannot be changed now so we'll have to keep this ticket open.
