I remain concerned about other changes that may have been made, and then un-made by other squash merges, without being noticed because they're not on spots that have been brought to light by specific review.
I don't have a better way to report this. I can't think of a good way to search out any instances of such. I am very concerned that there may be other edits that went through issue and/or pull and/or accepted suggest, yet are not seen in the current editor's draft, because they were somehow eaten by a squash merge (or similar).
Do we have a suitable git wizard who can track down any similar text, such that we can get it back into the document, and/or confirm that no such lost snippets remain "MIA"?
I have hopes of giving this entire document another read-through, but I cannot be sure that I will re-notice things for which I previously submitted fixes which were nominally accepted but which subsequently got lost.
